CHS 504 Challenge Exam

Students that have completed the Critical Illness Insurance, Long-term Care and Group Insurance Certificate Programs qualify to challenge the CHS 504 exam. The CHS 504 Challenge Exam must be completed within 4 years from the registration date of the initial certificate program.
