The webinar start and end times depends on, 1) which day you register for (November 27 or 28); and 2) your time zone. It is important that you confirm which time zone you reside in before registering (see below charts).

As Update 2019 is a very interactive seminar, in addition to viewing the presentations, you will be required to participate in online breakout group case study discussions four times throughout the day using the online chat forum.
Yes. You will receive six CE credits for attending the webinar and actively participating in the breakout group discussions. You can also earn up to an additional 6 CE credits upon completion of the three online Advanced Learning Modules (optional) available to you with your webinar registration.
If you are not able to attend, you have until November 20, 2019 to cancel ($50 + taxes cancellation fee applies). Cancellations not accepted after November 20, 2019. To cancel, contact Member Services at 1-877-773-6765 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The content is the same for both the seminar and the webinar. While participants attending both may find value by revisiting the course content, CE credits can only be granted for attending Update 2019 once in 2019.

Update 2019 Seminar is a distinct program from Update 2019 National Webinar and therefore are not transferable.
Individual chapters administer passports and only include events from that specific chapter. As a result, the Update 2019 Webinar is not included in chapter passports.

Presented by Advocis National, Update 2019 is a full-day facilitated webinar with video-taped interviews of industry experts. Participants will interact with online discussion groups using case study activities following each interview. Registration includes access to the online Advanced Learning Modules. Two days to pick from - November 27 or November 28.
