Facilitation of Complex Needs: Guiding Your Client Through Transitions

Our speakers will focus on opportunities for you to engage and guide clients through critical junctures in their lives, with case studies highlighting how to approach tough situations, effective sales of corporations, and support for aging clients and their caregivers.  This day will give you the tools to effectively engage your clients in critical discussions and planning, increasing the great value of service you bring to your clients every day.

Janet McLean, MBA – Education and Engagement Lead, Family Caregivers of British Columbia

Janet’s non-profit experience spans 30 years starting with contracts in New York with the United Nations and UNICEF. After 15 years in health care, Janet’s thrilled to be working with FCBC. Having been a caregiver herself, she appreciates the privilege and pressure the role presents. With the increasing emphasis on aging in place, it is more critical than ever that families and caregivers have access to programming and services that will build and support the capacity they require to meet the challenge.

Simon Reilly – International Values and Behavioral Analyst, Business Coach, Speaker and Author

Simon goes beyond the mechanics of success when working with a client, and pulls back the curtain and allows his clients to really understand what holds them back from realizing their goals. His insights help his clients identify and release their “Unmet Needs” driven self-limiting, self-sabotaging beliefs and emotions so that they can realize their True Values, positive beliefs and positive feelings so that they may reach the levels of success they dream of.

Robert Gignac, Financial Industry Speaker, TV Host of WE Talk Money, Podcast Host “Money Motivation and More, Best Selling Author “Rich is a State of Mind”

In today’s hyper-competitive financial market your clients and prospects have no shortage of advisors and companies trying to lure them away from you. Robert’s question to you: Will you lead or be left behind? Your clients are looking for financial leadership – solid advice and guidance in making the tough financial decisions they have to make for their families.

Malcolm Webster – Director, Executive Mentor Program at the Gustavson School of Business, Business Coach, Mentor, Facilitator

Malcolm uses real-world advice, and simple but effective tools, to help the Owner/ President of the private business make better decisions, take more focused action, be more accountable and in this way increase profitability.
