Professional Financial Advisor Program – Policies

Cancellation

You have 10 days from the date of registration to withdraw from your PFA course and receive a partial refund (no refunds after this date). Refund will be calculated based on registration cost minus cancellation fee of $97 + taxes.

Cancellation Fee:

Members/Non-members: Refund minus $97 + taxes

Extension

If you require additional time to complete your course, you may purchase an extension.

  • 180 days added to the six-month course term
  •  You retain all completed assessments and submitted activities
  • One extension permitted per course
  • Please note an extension purchase is required before the end of the 6-month course term

Fee: $150 + taxes

 

Attempts

The first exam attempt is complimentary and is included with your course enrolment. For additional attempts, please see below.

The Final Comprehensive Exam is scheduled four two a year (May and  November).

Additional attempt to be completed for the next available exam session.
