The goals of the Advocis DIBE Committee (ADC) flow from the DIBE Action Plan and Executive Management Team (EMT). A member of the EMT will serve as a liaison to the ADC. The liaison’s purpose is to ensure that the strategy is rolled out to the employees and that adoption is created.
The ADC can be made up of team members from across grade levels, job groups, experience, age, gender, abilities and thinking styles, etc. Committee members should see this as a developmental opportunity with specific term limits.
The ADC will be advisory with a goal to produce recommendations and plan engagement events for the organization. The goals carried out will be informed by the DIBE Action Plan.
