The Life License Qualification Program – Accident & Sickness (LLQP – A&S) Program Policies

Cancellation

You have 30 days from the date of registration to withdraw from the LLQP program and receive a partial refund (no refunds after this date). Fee: Refund minus $75 + taxes.

Please note: Registrations are non-transferable and applicants must ensure that the information provided in their registration is accurate, as changes can not be made once the application has been processed.

Attempts

You are allowed up to a maximum of four attempts to pass a module certification exam within the one year term. The first exam attempt is complimentary and is included with your course enrolment. Subsequent attempts can be purchased for $90 plus taxes.

Retaking course

If you do not successfully complete all LLQP module certification exams within the one-year term, you are required to retake the entire LLQP program at full fee.
