Qualified Associate Financial Planner™ (QAFP®) Program Policies

Cancellation

The Advocis Core Curriculum Program is offered by individual module or by bundle (all 12 modules). Cancellation policies will vary depending on your registration. If you registered for an individual module, you have 30 days from the date of registration to withdraw from your module or course and receive a partial refund (no refunds after this date). If you registered for the bundle (course 910), you have 90 days from the date of registration to withdraw from your bundle and receive a partial refund (no refunds after this date).

Cancellation Fee

Individual module registration: Refund minus $75 + taxes
Bundle registration: Refund minus $150 + taxes

Extension (individual FP module enrollments only)*

If you are unable to successfully complete your module within its term, you may purchase an extension (only one extension allowed).

You are required to request an extension before your term expires
Your term will be extended by 90 days
You may continue from where you left off (all completed assessments will be retained)

Extension Fee: $75 + taxes

*Extension not available for the QAFP 910 Bundle.

Attempts

You are allowed up to a maximum of three exam attempts within your term. The first exam attempt is complimentary and is included with your enrolment. Additional attempts can be purchased.

Fee: $75 + taxes per additional attempt
